Paul is crazy about this stuff. He once played the side project for me where there's the voice is of someone on New York radio reading the classified ads. I remember it being cool. This is something else... I don't know what. That sort of KLF, comment on culture done on the cheap. I mean, this really looks like the 90's... unless I'm mistaken.
