I love CHIPS as a kid. Saw it recently... really awful. The most wooden dialogue ever. That robot thought he was so damn clever too.
ReplyDeleteMagnum PI aged better though the plots were usually paper thin.
Your friend Robert and I were just talking about that the other day - how the idea of watching these shows is so much more rewarding than the show itself.
ReplyDeleteYou know, you see all these dudes buying every season of Knight Rider on DVD or whatever, but I'm sure they can barely get through a couple of episodes.
That being said, I wouldn't mind hunting down all 8 episodes of Manimal... I'm guessing it hasn't been released on DVD.... yet.
