The Boo Radleys - "Lazy Day"

  1. Ah the old Boo's. Do you think that there will be a revival of this music? Or anny hidden gems? I read an interview with Ariel Pink and he talks about how so many musicians in the 60's and 70's never made it big but are revered nowadays but the same couldn't happen to music from the 90's. It's like, everyone had their shot and if they didn't make it, no one will come back to look for it later. Any thoughts?

  2. Eh. When I hear people like Ariel Pink go on about 'revered' artists he just means revered by nerdy record collectors and aging critics trying to out-do one another.

I'm sure you won't find any artist on any Nuggets compilation making any more money than they did when they released "She Got the Cracker Jax" or whatever limited-run single they released on "Miss Keeto" records... or something.

But anyway, it will all come back around. You'll see. In 2016 some kid will go on about how groudbreaking "The Female of the Species" really was and how Ash should have been as big as Nirvana.
